No, not Snoop Dogg. It’s actually his evil clone, ‘Doop Snogg’.
Seriously though, they hired an impersonator and a security team to walk around and get people excited for jpegs.
I guess there are some things you really can’t just ‘copy and paste’. Maybe I just don’t get it.
If these shenanigans weren’t actively ripping people off and coercing them away from the true value of the ‘blockchain’, it would be a bit easier to stomach, but it does highlight the ridiculousness of it all.
It’s not about the ‘tech’. Not even close.
From a distance, Doop Snoog looks the part.
He has ‘the look’.
He has the social proof of people taking pictures.
He has the security team.
But it’s all a show.
Once you see what Bitcoin really is, looking at altcoins, web3 (or is it 6 now?), blockchain tech and NFTs is like comparing the real Snoop Dogg to Doop Snogg.
Don’t be duped by Doop Snogg.
